A throwaway Linux box your coding agent can break
Linux runs in a browser tab. Your agent gets a shell, the files and apk, and you watch it work.
claude mcp add vibeos -- npx vibeos-mcpIt prints a link. Open it, click Accept, and your agent gets a Linux machine in a tab.
Cursor or Codex?
Put the same npx vibeos-mcp in their MCP config. No account needed.
Honest limits
- It's an emulated 32-bit x86 (v86, WebAssembly), so it's slow. Alpine takes 20-60 s to boot, and big compiles hurt.
- 32-bit means some prebuilt binaries won't run.
- Long downloads inside the box can drop about every 13 minutes, when the box's network relay restarts.
- Your agent's tool calls go through a separate relay, and that relay can see them.
- The tab has to stay open.
